First, we'll take a good look at what the HR team is doing right now. We want to see if there are any ways they're doing things just because they've always been done that way, even if those ways might not be the best anymore. We'll check to see if there are places where trying new ideas could help make things better. We'll talk to the HR team and ask them to share their thoughts and ideas. We want to see how creative they can be and how open they are to trying new things. We might have meetings where everyone can suggest ideas and we'll see what comes up. This will help us figure out if there are new and better ways we could be doing things in HR.
