What do you do if your HR Operations initiatives lack creativity?

Operations & Supply Chain functions require balancing processes, technology and talent to ensure business results. My experience as Supply Chain headhunter shows that the most common approach for talent recruitment is defining mission/responsabilities for a role and looking for candidates that match the "must have" skills. New current global talent market rules are challenging this traditional approach and candidates need to be convinced UPFRONT about the role/company, prior to start participating in the process. It′s not as simple as "I′ve a job and I′m looking for candidates". Now, companies need to attract talent, competing against others. Do you agree that companies have now much less power in the Supply Chain/Operations job market?

Uma Empresa só consege expandir, se tiver uma gest?o de RH estratégica e, para que isso aconte?a, é necessário investimento: em tempo, em conhecimento, em profissionais qualificados ou a contrata??o de consultorias. V?o existir desafios que ser?o "vencidos" internamente. Ao passo que outros, será necessário o investimento do conhecimento vindo de fora. é preciso identificar qual é a real necessidade e ter a mentalidade de investimento para que a Empresa possa crescer exponencialmente.
