Alors je lance des rénovations de l'h?tel afin d'être à la même hauteur que les autres... Et je renforce mes contrats et mes forfaits tarifaires auprès des entreprises alentours ainsi que mes habitués...

In a small traditional outlet, some of the changes might be less important to our futures than if we were to work in much larger outlets. Likewise, if we are happy staying in the job you are, where you are, keeping up to date is not as important as if you wanted to gain promotions or move else where.
