I completely agree with having a composed mind while demonstrating your grammar and punctuation skills as part of your interview assessment. I remember this one time when I was appearing for the first round of this assessment before qualifying for 5 other rounds to bag the position of a Digital Writer at this particular company. The only reason I qualified the first round was because I carefully pointed out the errors in their questions, and hence, my answers weren't compromised. After going through the questions at first glance, it was solely my calm and confident mind that didn't let me twist my answers instead. The wrong questions were set on purpose. Therefore, DO NOT let interview processes get into your head.

So, instead of hastily bracing yourself a night before, which eventually doesn't yield the best results (take it from me - a mediocre), keep bracing yourself every day by turning the practice of writing into a habit. Challenge yourself with several topics, genres, and limited time. Completing such challenges regularly will rigorously train you to ace these assessments.
