If it is a game, it is not so bad, do anyone have something better? Maybe not. But if it is an e-Sport the issue is deep. Collect and export real time data to judge errors may be a way. I am sure it won't be a lot, maybe none.

Look back into your metrics and ask yourself and the team several questions: - Is this metric relevant to the goal? - Is the data extracted from the source accurate? - Is this metric sufficient to fulfil the goal set? Always be curious to think about the current and future state of the game to prepare metrics corresponding to the goal while ensuring the team's support in it. When it is time to reassess the goal, make sure it does not pivot away from too much because you do not want to spend too much effort on it that it may void the past executed actions.
