Lo primero es priorizar con la "cabeza fría". "Cabeza fría", y lo repito porque suele pasarnos que nos desesperamos y nos entra la ansiedad y podemos complicar más las cosas. Revisa tus proyectos e identifica cuáles necesitan atención inmediata según su fecha de entrega e importancia. De hecho, ahora quiero implementar descansos de 10 minutos entre tareas y hacer ejercicios en esos momentos ;P Esto te ayuda a mantener la concentración y evitar el burnout
