In the plan phase, you need to define your vision and strategy, set goals and objectives that align with them, identify indicators and measures to track progress and results, and establish roles and responsibilities. The do phase involves executing the plan and monitoring performance while collecting data and feedback. The check phase requires evaluating performance by analyzing data and feedback to compare actual progress with expected goals. And in the act phase, you take action to improve performance, recognize and reward achievements, review and revise practices, etc. By following this cycle, you can ensure that your performance management practices are aligned with your vision and strategy.
