Feedback is crucial for continual improvement, seek everyone feedback regardless to the job title or level. From my experience i got the most valuable inputs and feedback from the first line staff and operators, be sure that they know a lot that you never know. Seek feedback yourself, specially from the lower level staff who will never share their feedback unless you ask and solicit it.

Collect feedback and ensure understanding it then refkect on your business and behavior by analyzing this feedback and find out its relation to your business then translate this impact into actions to improve your way for doing business, actually part of feedback is subjective means that its related to the organization values and culture so, you need to be able to differentiate between the needed continual improvements anywhere and the improvements related to the local culture adoptation.
