Today is a big day at Leap Companies. We officially launched our own ecommerce store. We have been providing restaurant/hospitality furniture and casework on a project by project basis for over 18 years. It has been a dream of ours to have our own online store. We are starting very small with some of our best sellers. As we learn what works and what doesn't (like any new start up) we will be making "tweaks" and adding products throughout the year to make our selections as comprehensive as possible. As we close out the year I wanted to share Leap's Path to Success, Journey Statement, and our 4 Company Core Values -- Trustworthy, Genuine Relationships, Urgent Persistence, Forward Thinking. We worked hard to develop these with the assistance of the Will Scott. As we found out during our value exploration with Will the values were right in front of us the entire time. We took what was already important to us and how we defined ourselves and made them formal values we stand behind each and every day. We use these to help us hire, benchmark ourselves, or when we question what is important when solving problems internally at the office and externally with our clients. It’s a busy end to the year. We are in many different cities this month finalizing some great projects. This restaurant is in Miami at the Miracle Mile. Most the furniture is from Mexico.
