What do you do if your employees are highly engaged in negotiation?

Negotiating can be daunting but remember encouraging teams that become good at this deal with facts. Train them to be factual and flexible and to know the worth of what’s being negotiated

This is really important, as sometimes, your team might be really into getting the best deal, which is great! But if everyone's arguing all the time, it can slow things down.

It needs to be clearly stated in their goals & development plans and fullu aligned with company strategy..otherwise someone is not performing the expected duties.
