A lot of times I've found that there are external factors that are impacting employees that are outside of your control. What you CAN offer is a supportive hand, what means most is letting your employee know you see them, you understand they have some struggles and that they are more important than the day to day work. At the end of the day this will make your employee feel seen, valued and in turn feel more motivated and loyal to you as a manager. Everyone is human and what we go through on a day to day basis is more important than a weekly KPI.

Here’s a non warm fuzzy message, but in my opinion, if ALL of your employees are unhappy, it’s very likely that YOU ARE the problem. Resign. You are not a good leader and probably should not be in the position of leading people or you are too focused on the company bottom line and could be a sociopath or psychopath, in which you probably aren’t examining the reasons your team is unhappy because you likely don’t truly care. Facts. 20% of executive leadership are narcissistic and corporate psychopaths. I have seen it first hand so many times. This is known facts. Have yourself examined by a professional or take a personality test online. You are likely the problem. Get help.
