In my opinion, try to do the following things- 1) Connect with your employees individually to understand their concerns. 2) Cross-check whether the tasks assigned to them are relevant or not. 3) Schedule a 1-hour engagement activity session once a week. 4) Ensure that their feedback/ suggestions are being taken into consideration. 5) Reward the employees for their achievements.
