What do you do if your efforts to build relationships through continuing education are met with resistance?

Many a times it is important to understand if there is a rational thought behind it or are these caused due to emotional reasons. But human interaction in its complex task oriented market approach shouldn’t be confused with healthy relationship building.

Providing relevant and targeted information, resources, and support can help alleviate any apprehensions or doubts they may have.

You cannot break ice or make a progress unless you are able to find common ground, for which engagement is key. Regular meet-ups & slotting time out for one-to-one communication with stakeholders involved can help to break ice that can help you to achieve a long-term goal with tangible outcomes.
