Vale evaluar con un test sobre el nivel de razonamiento lógico para identificar el nivel presente de esta habilidad, después se hace la comparación del nivel en el cual se necesita de acuerdo al cargo que ocupa cada miembro del equipo. Después viene el "aprendiendo haciendo" es decir, comienzo a desarrollar la habilidad con la asignación de peque?os proyectos donde los más destacados puedan ense?ar a los demás, y claro está que como líder debo estar inmiscuido y dando el ejemplo esperado de cómo aplicar esta skill. Con POP (Plantillas de Observación de Puestos) voy haciendo seguimiento, felicitando o ajustado en las sesiones 1:1 ya que es importante dar feedback oportuno.

Sign them all up to philosophy 101. Let them learn logical reasoning, syllogisms, deduction, a priori. A lost skill in this day and age indeed.

We like to believe we are rational and logical beings that have emotions.... this feels comforting to us and helps reinforce a lot of social boundaries that we live into. What's closer to the truth is that we are in fact emotional and relational beings that can access our rational and logical thinking and processing. Solution orientation that comes from logical thinking, is complex and has to do with our own experiencing and experiences of ourselves, others, circumstances and environments. All of these things matter.
