Una conciliación entre las ponderaciones del proyectista y la atención a los requerimientos funcionales, espaciales y de seguridad del cliente sirven como preambulo a la aceptación o concreción de cualquier plan. La critica en ese sentido formara puentes entre lo posible y lo necesario. Entre lo negociable y lo irrenunciable, entre las posibilidades y la solución optima.

Encauzar una critica es quizas una de las mejores estrategias para aprender y atender las expectativas de tu cliente o usuario. Entender a cabalidad toda y cada una de las observaciones expresadas de manera libre y honesta, requiere muchas de las veces preguntas orientadas a clarificar el por qué, el cómo y el de dónde se originan las dudas o incertidumbres en un proyecto. Cada pregunta debera sopesarse para integrarse de manera directa y otras de manera menos lineal, pero que permitan incrementar el valor, la participación activa y la visión compartida del gestor del espacio y el proyectista.

Las adecuaciones por tanto, son parte del proceso. Algunas veces como recorte o complemento de los alcances del proyecto. Otras implican modificaciones en la geometria general e inciden en la distribución espacial. No obstante el grado o profundidad de las adecuaciones solicitadas o sugeridas por el cliente en beneficio del usuario, el profesional debera ponderar los ajustes para resolver de manera funcional y creativa las sugerencias emitidas. Se dice proceso porque una vez plasmadas en la propuesta, deberan someterse nuevamente a la observación de quien emitio las observaciones con la finalidad de expresar la atención a sus sugerencias.
