If you encounter such situations you need to involve the team to find a way out. Most of the common mistakes that leader is to try and bring solutions without involving other people. After involving everyone list all the positive & negative thoughts about the situation, and from there you can analyze one by one specifically and define how to resolve that. You can even use problem solving techniques to discuss failures and from there come with solution. Once the solution start to bring positive results, you need to share the good feedback with those who helped to solve the problem. Most Managers they don’t like to give feedback specially if is something that will bring good results to the company, they want to be seen as the most important.
