Data Modelling is a critical skill for any database engineer. Start by learning the basics. There are hundreds of articles and videos which can teach you the basics of modelling. Once you understand the basics, do some simple modelling projects from available datasets. I would recommend reading the Data Warehouse Toolkit book by Ralph Kimball and Margy Ross. This book is a treasure trove of modelling insights with some great examples. For advanced real-world examples, you could download a free version of IBM Redbooks for Dimensional modelling. All the while reading books and articles, you should constantly practice modelling by creating modelling projects on real-world datasets from any government sites or an online repository like Kaggle
