Training your employees on Cybersecurity awareness or basics Cybersecurity skills is very vital in any company as it makes them understand that most security breaches are caused by human error. Teaching to report anything they find fishy first to the IT team would save alot. Teaching them how to handle social engineering attacks would make them be away of most social engineering Hacking skills and what to do whenever they come across them.

By having a plan in place, an organisation can quickly respond to an attack and restore its critical functions.
