I would probably tell my team to start writing down some ideas of what they want to accomplish personally and professionally. Write a line through the middle of the paper. Then I would have them reflect on it for a day or two. I was at a regional meeting many years ago and they had us do this and by the end of the third day some of the goals had been changed or some added!

We don't have enough mentorships within organizations. It's very important to have them and the new employee gets to know the upline. I also think they should be switched every few months so that they get different perspectives from different colleagues.
