What do you do if your continuing education journey as a life coach is filled with obstacles and challenges?

Obstacles demand flexibility. Adapt your approach. Explore new methods. Embrace change. Seek feedback. Continuous learning is key. Adjust strategies. Stay curious. Modify goals if needed. Perseverance and openness are vital. Adaptability fosters growth.

It’s not always easy to get the right amount of CPD hours and work. Planning monthly how and where to get the needed continuing education is important. Choosing relevant webinars, readings, and workshops, and putting them in a calendar is always beneficial. Keeping the desired end in mind helps when faced with obstacles and hurdles. Think about your best outcome, your worst one, and the outcome you will be happy to get. Be ready to negotiate to get what you need. You’re the Life Coach, you lead and walk the leads.

Be fluid in your approach. Water is the strongest element over time. As your role is coach, you need to demonstrate coolness and calm where there is doubt. Do not go at it like rock on rock. All this does is cause sparks. Best of luck.

Continued education is one of my life s goals and if obstacles and challenges are deterring my journey, my primary approach is to slow down and look at the bigger picture , maybe its time for me to practise some resilience and patience. Adaptability : I am big on this , intact your success in life is directly proportional to your ability to adapt Self Efficacy : Faith in my abilities, even if i am pegged against tough odds , i look back at my life journey and pick up episodes where i faced something similar and came out a winner. No room for negativity : I feel every negative thought takes away too much energy, i would rather focus on what is working at that moment

My non-negotiable? $$$$ set aside annually for self improvement and education. If you know you should be hired as a coach, then you need to live by those rules too. You can’t stay sharp without walking the walk. So that’s always part of my budget. It may fluctuate year to year, but it’s like healthcare, I don’t compromise, and there always a way.

It's important to be Determined and Resilient when it comes to any type of education or business realky. It's about turning challenges into Opportunities and keeping your Mindset and Goal on what you like to Achieve. Learn from the challenges and obstacles, find solutions, and keep trusting in yourself and your abilities. Every progress, no matter how small, is still making you move forwards.

We all experience challenges and obstacles at different in our life journey, whether or not we’re life coaches. It’s important to remember this. Next, identify why you became a life coach. Go back to your purpose and your reason for being. Adopt a reason that’s worth staying the course, that’s bigger than you, seek support from people who’ve navigated a similar journey, and focus on what you have going for you instead of your (temporary) challenges and obstacles.

You need to take time to reflect on the situation. You need to be honest with yourself and look for the things that are holding you back. Then, you will need to set an action plan and to adjust it depending on your progress. Try new methods, seek support or mentors and see what works best for you. And you also need to be patient with yourself.

It’s all in the mind! Where we focus, becomes our point of attention. Our inner narratives create the stories for us. The stories create the energy within us. If something is challenging, you might try to literally take a few steps back & look at the big picture. What is specifically challenging for you? What would make it easier? Walk over to another point in room & look at the big picture. Remind yourself that where real growth happens it’s uncomfortable & unknown What’s the gift in this situation I am facing?. Write the list of your strengths & see what all can support you sail past? Identify other resources available to you that can support your education endeavors. Shift your mindset & the truth will change for you.

Also make sure to maintain a growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.

As a Life coach my approach towards explaining how #challanges & #obstacles might be a bit non traditional.For a " Life Coach " the education system of a life coach itself,needs to be designed with the syllabus of "Challenges"&"Obstacles". #Challanges- are actually those experiences where you are not inefficient or you find it difficult as it may push our comfort zones.So challanges can be treated as learning experiences and failure in those challanges can be feedback towards our efforts. #Obstacles- in life may be of two types -most external obstacles which we don't have control over teaches us to accept them as facts of life, & figure out a way through it while internal obstacles again gives us an opportunity to learn ,transform& grow.
