What do you do if your confidence wavers during conflict resolution?
When you're in the middle of resolving a conflict, it's not uncommon for your confidence to ebb. It's a moment when you're trying to navigate through differing opinions, emotions, and perhaps even an adversarial environment. The key is not to let this temporary dip in self-assurance derail the resolution process. Instead, recognize it as a natural response and use it as an opportunity to reassess your approach, reaffirm your commitment to resolving the issue, and re-engage with renewed focus and understanding of the situation.
