Pon tus limites, hasta cierto punto puedes aceptar feedback, hasta cierto punto puedes aceptar malas conductas, en el momento que sobrepase el nivel de lo racional, has la denuncia, en tu trabajo, en el organismo público que vele por los Derechos de los trabajadores de tu país, y recuerda, es solo un trabajo, probablemente existan cientos o miles de trabajos más iguales o mejores, no vale la pena "desgastarse" en un lugar cuyo clima es así de malo.
