What do you do if your colleagues in data engineering need feedback?

Definitely before approaching a colleague with feedback you would need to actually prepare in every context ,whether is the thought process ,the code , the tools and report this may be the output.This ensures the fedback is accurate and specific ,you will need to effectively review everything to provide insightful answers and feedback
