Por ello debe existir una cierta recompensa, una gratificación, que compense dicho sacrificio. Para llegar a este punto es necesario, previamente, haber identificado los diferentes puntos de vista, las posibles resistencias, motivaciones...y egos a cuidar/evitar. Cuando contemplemos todos estos aspectos, podremos intentar convencer lo cual dista radicalmente de la habitual estrategia de rodillo. No solo habrá que cuidar el qué, también el como. El lenguaje importa.

Preparar, compartir "antes de", consensuar y tener claro a quien tenemos en el equipo es vital.
