First of all I do not consider anything as setback. It’s all about what works and what does not work. Sometimes what was working for one yesterday may become difficult today. It could be for multiple reasons. The steps above have nicely given points that helps individuals that what should one do when things don’t work. My take is always observe any changes that’s happening around and proactively make your move. What is more important is be ready for the season to change while keep pursuing your strengths and add more armour to your kitty like more skills or capabilities that opens horizon
