From experience in business building, it‘s hard for people to articulate needs they wish for, mostly because imagination often comes in many flavours. I‘ve found that a combination of various research methods, particularly qualitative and observing ones, is most useful for new service design. Early and continued validation and testing on the market is critical, always involving key stakeholders.
