What do you do if your boss's power dynamics are affecting your positive working relationship?

En mi experiencia vivida, creo que es fundamental que se conversé con el jefe para que le comentes como te estas sintiendo en el equipo y lo importante quería que todos tengan una buena relación laboral, ya que la productividad aumentaría porque se integraría los equipos, los stakeholder.
