It's only natural to question and doubt. ??Of course, it's also possible that others will know our substance and the boss who thinks otherwise obviously has a separate agenda. Just be confident and don't allow others to doubt our worth.

Maintaining a positive attitude and seeing opportunities, where others perceive challenges or obstacles, is contagious and can help to lift entire teams.
