In my experience it all comes down to expectations. So when there is doubt, proactively meet with your manager to review your job description, project expectations, and any concern you might have on capabilities gap and have recommendations for your boss on how you can increase that capability. The other action is to set up a weekly or bi-weekly one on one with your boss to provide updates and gain feedback. Be sure to send a recap of what you discussed and your next steps. Many times the boss doesn’t know all the things you are doing. Make sure they do. In Performance Development Model, so many think a person might need training, but in my 40 year career 80% of the time is lack of clear expectations and understanding of roles.

A primeira a??o que um liderado precisa fazer, caso seu gestor demosntre que está incrédulo quanto a seu trabalho e solicitar um feedback estruturado. E, claro que o gestor tem que estar preparado para informar tudo o que precisa ser realizado pelo liderado, pois se ele n?o conseguir definir essas informa??es, o problema será um pouco mais complexo. Contudo, se o liderado recebeu um feedabck estruturado e já sabe por onde come?ar a se movimentar e se aprimorar. A partir disso, tenha humildade e comece seu processo de autodesenvolvimento.
