Dann setzen Sie sich gemeinsam überprüfbare und realistische Ziele, danach ist die Leistung auch objektiv bewertbar. Sind die vorgeschlagenen Ziele aber für den Chef / die Chefin realistisch, für die Mitarbeitenden allerdings nicht, dann ist vielleicht die Einsch?tzung korrekt bzw. die Erwartungshaltung die falsche. Dann muss man auf anderer Ebene am Problem arbeiten, hat es aber konkretisiert.
