In my POV ?,knowing audience, including boss, is essential for seeking support from boss to a manufacturing engineer within the plant. By tailoring communication to boss’s level of understanding and priorities, Engineers can increase the likelihood of success in driving positive change and innovation in the manufacturing process it enables the understanding within team and boss. Also Understanding boss’s perspective allows to anticipate their concerns and address them proactively. By addressing potential objections and highlighting the benefits of individuals ideas, they can garner support and overcome resistance more effectively.

In the begining , any business has plans and goals . All the employees in the facility must achieve these goals within specific plans , budgets and time frames , from the youngest employees to the top of the pyramid . In the case of my manager , he dose not understand the manufacturing business and what the difficlties and challenges are , so i think that the manager is in the wrong place for him . of course i will try to inform him about the manufacturing businees approach and be supportive of him . if he dose not respond , i will go to the senior manager , and if i do not find an assistant , it is better for me to resign from the work ,i would rather be a loser or evade responibility .

Jargon and improper language are obviously critical. However, I have observed that what is *more* critical, is the ability to *** communicate in a way that the person or people who can say yes, can receive it!*** There is also a cultural or maybe even a generational aspect here! Some leaders want to see bullet points, some want graphs and PowerPoint slide decks, others want spreadsheets…and others want 52-page reports, complete with citations, addendums and references, months in advance. Whatever way of communicating is preferable to the recipient, you need to adapt to!

3 Show the benefits and value

Your boss may not be convinced by your ideas if they don't see how they benefit or add value to the organization. Therefore, you need to show the impact and outcomes of your ideas, not just the features and functions. You can use data, facts, or figures to quantify the benefits and value of your ideas, such as how they can reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve quality, or enhance customer satisfaction. The strongest sell is always the tripe threat of technical capability, clear cost, and realistic payback period. If your boss feels confident a solution is capable, you’ve done your due diligence to assess costs and have a split financial justification that shows when an investment will pay off, not much more is left wanting.

Therefore, you need to address the challenges and risks of your ideas, and show how you can overcome or mitigate them.
