Once the assessment is done, surely a plan needs to be done. Priority must be given to changes that create higher values and are less complex to implement. Funds are not infinite and the plan must properly asses the investments versus the benefits it will bring in cutting costs, improving sales and revenues and increasing customers satisfaction.

That's a key topic to be considered. Where the funds will come from. Generally, linefits solutions are good ones once implemented in the aircraft at the assembly line, reducing risks and also because the costs would probably be funded by the financing of the aircraft, while retrofit solutions need to be funded by other sources while bringing other risks to the airline.
