Many organizations consider facilitated processes as one-off design/planning/team building/learning sprints. You may need to prove your skills and build trust as a contractor before you gain access to more permanent roles. Permanent roles with a lot of facilitation work in them may not have the title Facilitator or even the word 'facilitation' attached to them. So, dig one level deeper to see if facilitation skills (e.g. active listening, consultation, facilitation, group facilitation, training, process design) are listed in the job description.
