For me, curating my linkedin feed by following experts in the topics that I am interested in, this is for snacking, similarly curating a list of podcasts for listening during my walks during the day for a long form consumption. What I learn from both especially if names of experts or books come up, they further feed into my curated list. Books and interviews of the authors is what I enjoy most to dig deeper on the topic.

I have subscribed to a lots of newletter on the subjects of my interest. This helps me to be up-to-date on things that matter to me. Whenever i get time during travel or in between engagements i can spend time glancing on the headlines or read the articles to know more.

I like to add just one title and thats nothing but “active listening” If you always talk, you learn nothing. If you always listen you will conqure the world cause you learned everthing. It depend on your business or industry that you work on to find the right person for listening to. But if you learn to listen close, you will find the right one fast

I could not agree more with Masoud Ghanbari - it is beyond powerful to just listen. Stay curious, ask questions, and just listen. Listen to the responses, then question those responses, then listen some more. And be liberal about who you ask, you can learn something from everyone! Now it can be information overload to try and take in too much, so maybe start with focusing on a single topic and ask as many folks as you can for their perspective, experience and thoughts! :-)

Our company serves 8 different industries so, this process is essential for staying current with each sector that is important to our success with our business.
