3 simple steps + a Discipline for 'Continuous Learning': 1) Make a weekly #SelfTraining Calendar wherein you have dedicated hours per week for learning / hands-on / reading, 2) Bookmark a bunch of Self-Learning courses / blogs / Whitepaper sites / eBook sites which you can use for learning new things / tech / tools, 3) Once you have done steps 1 & 2 successfully for a few months, then invest into long-term courses on Udemy, Coursera etc. I use these 2 exclusively for my own Learning. If you can do 1, 2 & 3 in a repeated fashion, over a period of few Quarters and Years, you will see you have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge; which will positively impact your Growth.
