Working in close proximity with the high school and college going youth over the past 2 decades I have found that it is best to be interactive with the young minds and just not be a good speaker alone . The power and importance of listening and observation can only be conveyed if I ,as a mentor , am ready to listen and observe. It is also relevant to develop the Art of Story Telling especially relating to individual life experiences and then deriving the lesson out of it. Engagement of the audience is an important factor and herein comes in the role of some physical activity in the sessions to shed off inherent inhibitions and bring the mind to the present moment. Being there as one of them would surely be another great gesture.

My style of coaching is centered around natural surroundings & that is the USP on which my personal branding of coaching is based.. The why ,what & how of my personal brand building : - Give participants a feel of nature to evoke positive emotions. - -Encourage them to work together on collective problem solving. - Arrange for camp fíres to facilitate open & Vibrant conversations around the circle. -- Let participants enjoy the jungle lore & exercises in an open space. - My experience is that people like this kind of setting for coaching as they feel relaxed.
