In the process, you can always build a network that can vouch for you.

Sometimes you may find that regardless of self promotion, showcasing your abilities and having worked hard on building a professional network you still feel undervalued, and I recognised. Someone very wise, once told me if you asked once you may not of been heard, so repeat yourself louder… If they don’t hear you this time, then I don’t want to hear you. Fact is, if you have done all of the above and are still not receiving status of financial recognition and perhaps it’s time to move on. That’s the cold, hard truth of the matter. A fresh start gives you an opportunity to reinvent yourself, set clearer boundaries and standards for the value appreciation you wish to recognise for. ???
