Unlearn which are not relevant , it is very difficult to come out from preconcept dominance zone, hence one need to have felxibilty to learn new things and unlearn irrelevant one and relearn which are still relevant but in different shape...reskillng and upskilling are necessary to stay competitive and now one has to work with at least 3 generations' employees whose learning and coping abilities are different......digital literacy, flamboyancy and agility are in constant demand,,,,
