What do you do if you want to optimize transportation planning using artificial intelligence?

Typically in transportation in my experience these areas have been demand forecasting and capacity forecasting both using ML and a lot of cognitive and conversational AI For customer service and quality of customer service.

We need reliable and accurate big data of successful transportation systems to teach AI the optimal solutions in the first place. The AI system can then be applied to successful transportation optimization projects recently carried without AI in order to check the reliability of AI solutions. After the successful training of AI, we can through new transportation problems to our AI systems and use them to our advantage.
