Regular project meetings internally with all stakeholders are normal, but it is also a good practice to selecting key stakeholders to represent your team in regular calls with the vendor. Through-out the delivery process, and during key milestones, weekly meetings are necessary, but they can be cancelled if needed.. During these calls, share any new help needed (e.g. recently open support cases), and review the outstanding items and gain traction on ones older than a few weeks or without updates in the last month. As part of a vendor management quality and coaching exercise, any items repeatedly without updates or where the solution was subpar should be reviewed in quality post-mortem type call.
