In my opinion , everyone should work under their favorite architect to know more insights. From day 1 after graduation , you cannot start your own practice right away. Minimum 2-3 years of experience is needed in order to gain the market experience and to gain access to the network of people who are working actively in the market. Working in a seasoned office will help you gain the insights of high profile clients and skills needed to execute it , also how to manage multiple projects of different scales. The kind of experience you gain will shape your practice in the long term so make sure to utilize your time efficiently.
