After learning about blockchains and its revolving tech in general, first be specific on which sector you want to proceed in web3, is it Defi, is it NFTs, or is it anything else. Then and only then try to acquire skills related to that field. For me it was DeFi, so I quickly started learning about various kinds of DeFi protocols like Lending & Borrowing, Perps, AMMs, Yield Farming etc. Along with this, try to see how the business logic is put in the smart contracts and then try to implement one of them with your own learnings.

Answer from a person in a very similar situation :) So the best way to stand out is to immerse yourself into the web3 sector on your own initiative! Web3 community is very open and welcoming. So join DAOs of your choice, offer to help at networking and web3 events, offer your non web3 but other transferrable skills from your work experience to web3 project owners... Be generous with your help and time and some doors are bound to open for you :) Just keep at it if you are genuinely earnest about wanting to enter the web3 space... persistence pays off

Il arrive assez souvent que les projets dans le web3 soient gérés dans le désordre, avec une roadmap très évolutive, avec des priorités changeantes et peu pertinentes. Bref il arrive que dans le web 3 le management du projet fasse cruellement défaut. Le stage reste malgré tout une occasion d'acquérir énormément de compétences malgré le désordre ambiant. Il faut en profiter pour apprendre à être à l'aise avec l'incertitude.
