Para impresionar referente a logística inversa en una entrevista, debemos comunicar nuestras experiencias referente a la misma, en los proyectos que hemos participado y las gestiones involucradas en logística inversa. Algo que me ha ayudado en este tema es; nombrar la logística inversa de ante mano, es decir antes que pregunten. Cuando hablamos de logística común, ya debemos nombrar dentro de la planificación logística a la logística inversa. Si la contemplamos en nuestros procedimientos como parte de nuestra gestión ya se puede reconocer que trabajamos pensando desde antes en el retorno de mercadería, ya sea envases, devoluciones, etc.

It involves an individual describing the reverse logistics, carrying out the rejected goods, waste items and or used materials after the sale of the products in recovering its value and end the life cycle of the product, when a truck carries product to a destination, and then returns empty to its starting point, the cost for transport is nearly double the cost of merely sending the product to its destination. In practice, managing reverse logistics and returns management primarily, avoiding and or reducing improper product descriptions, poor packaging resulting in damage, slow delivery times, and general mismanagement.

Prospective employers will be trying to gauge your future performance in their own organization. Past heroic deeds only matter insofar as they pertain to your next mission - as perceived by your interviewers. Do not put the burden on the interviewers to connect the dots. Instead, do some research about their organization's likely reverse logistics challenges beforehand. Share your hypotheses in the interview, then humbly ask for confirmation (it's okay not to guess perfectly here), reflect aloud on the relevance of your experience and share some initial ideas. Establish a dialogue about future task instead of getting carried away into a monologue about your "war stories."
