CSR I have split into CFR and CER - Fiscal and E-for Ethical. Under Fiscal Responsibility - Corporate Governance and Risk Management are brought in. Under Ethical Responsibility - Accounting Quality and Management Quality are brought in. I emphasize that the Sustainability of Efficiency under Fiscal Responsibility brings in Profits whereas the Sustainability of the Value System under Ethical Responsibility brings in SUSTAINABILITY of Profits and Growth. E-earnings therefore are the compounding aspect of Fiscal and Ethical Responsibility. 200 open-ended process blocks make up an organization - Fiscal 12 and Ethical 188. We check only the 12 today. Under CSR I check 188 in addition. Prepare CREAM Report for CSR.

For me the main thing in any interview is to be yourself. For sure, you should highlight your hard and soft skills, but your recruiter will value your authenticity. So be genuine, tell the truth as these are values that are expected from CSR professionals.
