Personally, I feel that you need to take the time to step back and reflect on your work periodically. Check in with yourself and ask what it is that makes you excited. Then start seeking out those experiences, whether it is by asking for more work responsibilities or through volunteer opportunities. I enjoy using my technical knowledge to work on academic projects, but I also love mentoring and community service. Finding that combination has brought me the most joy in my work. The building design community has so many different paths that limiting yourself to one is diminishing your impact.

Up until now i am quite an explorative person, I’ve never been stuck on 1 single type of design or even exploring different application that i can work with to gain my desired result. My main focus for now is to design for the community, Interestingly, working for the community are quite explorative since human are quite complex as well.

In my experience, rhino is also one of the important asset for us designers to know and master, the ability for it to create a more fluid or even rigid forms,not forgetting that rhino can use grasshopper where creating new forms made faster and more effective
