For me, this would be one of the first things that I'll check... Make sure to learn a new language that is widely used for different purposes. Sadly there are some programming languages that don't represent a plus for us anymore... Then choose wisely, python, r, java, c#... Some of those would be a very good option to learn.

My learning method right now is simple: - Read about Best practices and approaches about new language ?? - Get the right industries tools ?? - Youtube tutorials from authoritative channels ?? - Practice, practice and finally practice ??

at first, if you are using video tutorials, you can decide to play, stop, do what the tutor did. I found another helpful way, while i was learning game programming with unity. You watch the video, when the video finishes, you do what the tutor did. Although, for most tutors, it can be cumberson to follow this approach, they're not designing their courses in this way.

Learning new skills is a good thing.. But unless and until you practice/implement it in your own project/ real time project. It won't be of any use, because anyhow later you will forget it.. And you need to revise on all concepts again. If in case you had implemented in any project, it becomes easy to recollect all concepts. Also try to practice all the concepts again and again with a new project in order to upskill yourself.
