To enhance my research skills through peer feedback, I actively engage with colleagues or fellow researchers, sharing my work for constructive critique. I welcome diverse perspectives and insights, fostering an environment of mutual learning and improvement in our research endeavors.

Besides just asking for feedback once, try to get it regularly. Find a group of peers who can keep giving you advice on how to do better in your research. You could meet up every so often to talk about each other's work. This way, you always know what you're doing well and what you need to work on. It's like having a team that helps each other get better all the time.

Constructive criticism has enhanced my capability, in my research planning, designing, during implementation and submission for peer review. The rebuttals have enhanced my understanding of the subject matter and sharpened my publications.

While I think it is important to share drafts early in the research process, I think it is equally important to ensure you are sharing drafts at a point in your process where you are at the appropriate stage. It is also important to be clear on why you are seeking feedback, and how the person you are asking can support you. This is so that we can ensure the time people spend providing feedback is valuable. To give you an example, it makes most sense to consult with skilled writers after you have drafted an article. On the other hand, it may make most sense for you to ask for feedback while coming up with your research design if you want to consult someone about a particular methodology.

Mostly, after recieving the comments from peer, researchers only focussing to satisfy the given comments to get their manuscript pilublished. But, meanwhile they are ignoring the mistakes they might have done in manuscript while writing including references and many more. So my suggestion will be, before submitting revised manuscript be more confident on your written data, and cross validate twice or thrice.

Don't take it personally! As writers and researchers, we have emotional connections with our writing (and rightfully so!), but it's necessary to listen intentionally to reviewers as they provide their critiques on your writing. Ask as many questions as needed to gain clarity around specific feedback. At the end of your conversation, give gratitude to your reviewer for their time and expertise.

'The alternative way' is usually a great way to revise and adapt after receiving feedback from peers. Asking your self if I had not done it this way which other way could I do this better or present this information always allows self reflection on any research piece.
