Eu adicionaria um ponto que entendo ser bem importante, e isso para um analista que adentra ao mercado de trabalho, sendo em qualquer área, que é aprender e respeitar quem chegou primeiro, seja quem tem mais tempo de profiss?o ou mais tempo de empresa. A gente sempre vai aprender mais sentando para ouvir quem chegou antes da gente. Quem come?ou antes de nós, normalmente tem mais conhecimento, mais habilidade e mais “feeling” para atuar nas atividades. Abrindo os ouvidos para quem tem mais experiência que nós, nos aprimora e nos faz crescer.
