Also analyze the information to identify patterns, trends, and potential future scenarios. Assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) to understand the current situation and identify areas for improvement. Then, based on the analysis, set strategic objectives that align with the business vision. These objectives should be ambitious yet realistic and measurable, guiding the overall direction of the business.

The strategic objective is shaped by establishing a clear vision. This vision represents the ideal outcome you aim for. It keeps you focused, even when the path to achieving your goal isn't clear. Believing in the possibility of your vision is crucial; once you can envision it mentally, you can make it a reality.

I would only ask you to consider what success story you would like to talk about your business in 10 years' time, to describe it, to define the gap compared to where you are today, to break it down into stages. You will find that it is not easy to imagine the next 10 years,. I agree. The best way to do this in my humble opinion is utilizing OKRs as the most effective method, aligning strategic objectives with your organization's vision and mission. It is all about prioritising the tasks. There are many ways to do this, a useful one is the ABCD method. You definitely undertake the A’s, delegate the C’s and try not to put a lot of workload with the D’s if it is not a necessity. My personal opinion is that you should also delegate the B’s but overlook closely the progress.

One thing I have noticed is that all plans work better when the objectives that are laid out are not only clear and concise, but also complete. The concrete "what" objectives are usually articulated. If the "how" is as clear as the what, then both the journey and the outcome will be stronger.
