To read and understand all related QA procedures and review the previous QA plan was executed for the task which is going to perform. As a beginner check the executed QA activities with any knowledgeable inspectors for confirmation. All the Executed QA plans were accepted and approved by the owner/operator so as a beginner follow the same plan for the appropriate tasks for make the owner/ user satisfaction and to avoid unnecessary loss of production and save man hours and maintain INTEGRITY. its a great practical lession for a future QA activities.

As a beginner, exhibiting this ability is critical. Actively seeking feedback from peers and supervisors on your testing strategy and reported concerns demonstrates your eagerness to learn and improve. This not only improves your technical skills, but also promotes a collaborative work environment. Maintaining a positive and inspiring attitude, as well as communicating your findings clearly and concisely, will win your team's trust and respect. Remember that attention to detail is the hallmark of a motivated and skilled engineer, and adopting this philosophy will certainly lead to your success in the industry.

As a new comer i would look at the historical progress made and see for application of quality tools in the past. Always presenting a different view with fundamentals of work intact would develop interest in self and all stakeholders. Next step would be industry trends & approaches . Then would be to conduct a workshop , present the study and brainstorm how our existing attention needing topics can be resolved. Quality Assurance is sometimes perceived to be reactive, So strong fundamental knowledge application, understanding of existing eco system and mapping to industry trends would earn the needed respect to delve further into attention to detail.

As a newcomer in QA I would start in running Sanity. I would take existing (or closed) bugs/ items in the software and reproduce them. Any case I don't understand, I ask questions. I document the flows and that way I cover all the software until I am Independent.

Quality is every contributors responsibility and it should not be restricted to quality assurance stakeholders. Success of Rapid Development and quick to market is possible only when each contribution doesn’t compromise on the overall quality of the delivery. I feel quality assurance should just be a handshake before packaging.
